Tesla founder Elon Musk recently made news after he became the world’s first trillionaire thanks to his initial public offering (IPO) of SpaceX though a sharp tech rout deflated his net worth back down to an estimated $946 billion to $957 billion 12 days after he reached that milestone.
But don’t expect the former DOGE co-chief to cut coupons anytime soon: His signature company, Tesla, continues to rank at the top of the global list of carmakers in market value position, with the California-based company being the only carmaker to top more than $1 trillion in market value.
