Community Notice: Manhole Rehabilitation on Sylvan Street
East Point neighbors, please be aware of upcoming manhole rehabilitation work scheduled to take place on Sylvan Street in Ward B. This maintenance is an important part of keeping our sewer system functioning safely and efficiently.

Sylvan Street, Ward B
Monday, September 14, 2026 – Friday, September 18, 2026
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily
What to Expect:
• One lane closure during working hours
• Traffic flaggers will be present to assist drivers and maintain safe traffic flow
Purpose of Work:
This project will rehabilitate identified manholes to help maintain the overall health and performance of the city’s sewer system.
