POSTED ON BEHALF OF THE EAST POINT POLICE DEPARTMENT:
LEADERSHIP IS MORE THAN A TITLE — IT’S A RESPONSIBILITY
The East Point Police Department would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Frank Trammell, founder of Guardian Leadership, for providing an impactful leadership training class to members of our department.
Frank is a dynamic speaker, trainer, and coach who has worked with hundreds of public safety agencies and thousands of leaders across the country. His mission is to inspire, challenge, and equip others to lead with purpose, reach their fullest potential, and enrich the lives of those they serve.
During the training, our officers were challenged to continue developing themselves as leaders, strengthen those around them, and recognize the important role leadership plays at every level of an organization.
At EPPD, we believe leadership development is an investment not only in our officers, but also in the organization and the community we proudly serve.
Thank you, Frank Trammell and Guardian Leadership, for sharing your knowledge, experience, and passion for developing great leaders.
Strong Leaders. Strong Teams. Stronger Communities
